Hi, I'm Sharon and want to better my health and control my weight. Now that I'm in my middle age, I really want to get back into shape and be able to play, run, and be available for my grandkids. I have a wonderful family that truly supports me. I have rhumatory arthritis and I've let it be my excuse for several years to the point where it ran me versus the other way around. I want to own it! I know there are others out there like me....in the back of the picture all the time like above, staying home a lot, low self-esteem and hate shopping! I want to change all of this and want anyone out there to join me. We can do this together...we can keep each other accountable and motivate when needed. Let me know if you are interested as I'll be running challenge groups soon. Keep your eyes open!
