The Orpehum Theatre in Sioux Falls is located on N. Phillips Avenue and holds 686 seats. Dating back to 1913, the theatre is rumored to have a resident ghost that was nicknamed Larry. The angry ghost was first seen around 1960 and has been known to blow fuses and drop sandbags onto living actors. Stories say that a technical director heard a loud noise behind him, and turned around to find a tin photo of a bearded man on the ground. He put it on his light board, but no one knew who the mysterious man was, and soon after, the photo vanished. It was believed to be Larry, who was an actor who committed su***de after failing to land the part of Romeo in a production at the theatre.

During investigation, we believed a former resident had been practicing voodoo in the house and unleashed a curse, we called in our occult expert for assistance with the case
Our medium told us a hag witch was summoned and is trying to possess one of the daughters
Our occult expert called in a brujo or witch doctor to assist

Family has seen shadow figures, electronics turn on their own, objects moving on their own, spouse is experiencing heart and breathing issues
We discovered the spouse has PK abilities and has created the poltergeist activity in the house
We had our medium work with her in controlling these abilities
We also discovered a Native American portal on the land in the back of the house which caused shadow figures to be seen in the house
We called in our shaman to conduct a land blessing and conduct a house protection ceremony to protect the family from the shadow figures in the house caused by the portal

The team visited a home where the owner is being affected by negative spirits with mysterious marks on his neck.
During investigation, the words “falsehood”, and “deceit” kept appearing on our REM pod recorder.
Upon research, I recognized these evil demonic entities as the druj, entities intent on harming the male owner of the house.
We removed the 4 demonic entities and cleansed the owner of the house with a St. Michael protection ceremony.

The Seal of Solomon

The Seal of Solomon, or Ring of Solomon, is a magical signet ring attributed to the Israelite king, Solomon. It is usually depicted as being either a pentagram or a hexagram and in religious legend supposedly gave Solomon various powers. As with other mythical objects, the ring allowed Solomon to command supernatural entities such as the shedim (a term used to describe spirits and demons in Judaism) and jinn (meaning genies). It was also said to allow him to speak to animals and provided protection against evil forces.
The earliest references to the seal come from early Jewish tradition. In particular, it was first mentioned by the first-century Jewish historian, Josephus. It then later made its way into Islamic Arab sources where it became associated with the Prophet Sulaiman who was said to control the wind, animals and jinn. In both Jewish and Islamic magic and talismans the symbol is believed to have protective and healing powers.
The most famous legends around the ring, however, come from medieval Eastern writers. They stated the ring was engraved by God and was given to Solomon directly from heaven. It was made of brass and iron and the two parts were used to seal commands to good and evil spirits respectively. While mentions of a magic ring date back to around 100 AD, Solomon’s association with the idea seems to, in general, be a later belief.

Pennhurst State School and Hospital - Spring City, PA
Dating back to 1908, this school was built by the state of Pennsylvania as an asylum for patients with special needs. The live-in facility was first known as the State Institution for Epileptics and Feeble Minded and was filled with both children and adults with a range of disabilities. Ever since it first opened its doors, there were plenty of rumors regarding mistreatment and abuse. There were very few doctors and nurses to take care of the patients, and many were forced to spend their days and nights trapped in metal cribs that were in awful condition.
The facility shut down in 1987 and the buildings were left abandoned and neglected. Today, the place is cared for and has even featured a Haunted Attraction during the Halloween Season. Haunting reports vary from disembodied footsteps and voices, to the sounds of slamming doors and vomiting coming from empty rooms. Some witnesses have claimed to see the ghost of a young girl who roams the buildings. The patients who were abused and died here are believed to be the ones who linger here in spirit.

During a paranormal investigation, the most difficult news I have to tell a client is that it’s not the house that is haunted but the person is haunted. The other devastating news is when I have to tell the client that there is nothing we can do to spiritually cleanse and protect the house and it is best for the family to move out.
The most difficult cleansings that I have experienced are Native American curses and demonic portal infestations.
And if the haunting is an alien dimension type there is absolutely nothing we can do to clear the house or close the alien portal.
