On the left is the day I started my journey to good health the far right is 5 months later. No diets, no special food, I could eat whatever I wanted, no counting calories, just hypnotherapy, some very affordable supplements, and I just walked. I'm not to my goal yet, but I will be by August.

Here is my progress as of today. The weight is coming off, my clothes are all way too large, and this morning, I found I could fit into my smallest size I had. Weight still coming off, and I can eat as much as I want and whatever I want. This is amazing.

Me on the set of Amazing Minds in Los Angles, CA. Seeing my self in the monitor I realized how out of control my weight had become. The next picture was me at Christmas, I was over 300 lbs and it shows. Third was 45 days into my personal weight loss program using hypnotherapy with TruVision supplements. Lastly me on 9/27/15 a short 6 months after I started. I am down over 50 lbs, no longer pre diabetic, and blood pressure is normal without medication. I have lost an average of 8.33333 lbs a month without dieting, counting calories, or joining a gym. This is super easy
