Capital Region Home Health At LHC Group, we believe that all healthcare is local. In 1997 Capital Region formed an affiliation with the University of Missouri of Missouri Health system.

Across the nation, communities large and small depend on us to consistently deliver high-quality care for themselves and for the people they love most. Capital Region Home Health is a Medicare Certified home health agency committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary home health services delivered by an experienced team of healthcare professionals. Our goal is to develop an individualized plan of care, under the direct supervision of a physician, to return our patients to a life of medical independence as quickly as possible. Capital Regional Medical Center developed the first hospital-based Home Health Agency in Central Missouri in 1984. The affiliation combines the strengths of an academic medical center with the strengths of a community-based hospital. Serving Cole, Callaway, and parts of Camden, Maries, Miller, Moniteau, Morgan and Osage counties. Capital Region Home Health is a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay. There is no deductible and no co-payment for the Medicare beneficiary.
