Program design ,for us, is never haphazard. We have goals in mind with every workout, from our Team Training classes to our Private Training.
Our Team Training classes are well balanced, concentrate on needs of the general population, has proper interval timing for the intensity and workout. This is all to reduce injury, create the proper amount of metabolic stress, and give you the ability to build off of the workout.
Our Private Training sessions start with a full body assessment to look at the root cause of your pain or movement dysfunction. This helps provide a road map for your training journey. If we don't know where you're starting then we don't know where to go from there.
Every program is properly designed in all of Ignite's programs: Team Training, Small Group, Elevate, ID, and Private Training. The process starts on paper, but our coaches help bring the program to life and modify what's best for you!
