Fabulous image, one of the simplest to understand.
Spine health is so important.

You spine holds you up fore sure, but it is more than that!!

It also houses ALL the nerves to your ENTIRE body

Each vertebrae has a direct impact to specific areas in the body - muscles /organs/how you move etc

So if you’re having digestive issues it could be an alignment issue in the lower thoracic spine at a particular level. There are images on the Internet that show this if you’re interested.
