The last part of our S.A.F.E. Plan is the E - Exit. When you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, you never have to stay. Excuse or no excuse, you can leave. It helps to have a safe person you can call in these situations who will support you or even come to get you! Know who that is ahead of time and make a plan with them. You are never alone.

However you are allowed to say no when you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, so be confident in it! You are strong and capable. You can say no.
