At the Pregnancy Help Center in Jefferson City, we have licensed professional counselors that will help you through this time in your life. Our counselors are available to listen, and everything is confidential.

Your counselor will show you the steps involved in weighing the pros and cons of your choices. Your situation is unique and so are you. Your counselor will help you find your own answers and will respect your decision.

At the PHC, your support doesn't end when your baby is born. We're here to help you build confidence as a parent and give you the resources you need to move forward.

By attending our classes and doing homework assignments, you can earn "baby bucks" to spend in our baby boutique! You can earn an infant car seat, a pack ‘n play, a space saving high chair, a toddler car seat and more.

All classes are held at our location. Online classes are available if employed or attending school.

We will refer you to agencies that may be able to help with other concerns:
