🪷Place your hand on your heart and close your eyes
🪷 Visualize your heart engulfed in beautiful golden light
🪷Take slow deep breaths in and out.
🪷Focus on the rythm of your breath as your chest rises and falls several times
🪷Then drop your attention to your heart space
🪷Visualize the golden light expanding from your heart slowing and effortlessly throughout your entire body. Just allow this beautiful loving energy to fill you with calm and peace.
🪷Feel free to stay in this heart space as long as you need and know this peace is available to you anytime you need it.
