For the first time in 18 years we have been nominated by our patients for the Best of Westchester sponsored by Westchester Magazine. I was contacted by the magazine to let me know we made round 2 of voting. The winner last year was a 4 location large practice with chiropractors, physical therapists, massage, etc. I don’t expect our little practice at the top of the county to win. I’m honored that enough patients thought to nominate us to even put us in the finals.
If you would like to vote for us - the voting will start Monday March 1st and runs until the 7th.

Our new gear. Just covering our bases in case a patient ends up testing positive for COVID. We don’t let anyone into the office with symptoms or with a known exposure. This is just another layer of safety for our patients and ourselves. Gregory McCoy

We are lucky to have so many windows at our office. But now it’s colder, so we thought we would up our game. So here are our new air purifiers. The blue light is UV-c light that purifies the air to kill germs. UV-c light destroys the DNA of germs eliminating their ability to reproduce. They also have HEPA filtration. We have one in each treatment room.

I swam every week (1-5 times) for the last 4 1/2 years. On March 23rd I had my last swim before my gym closed for COVID. I switched to hiking. Now I’m biking with my coach Gregory McCoy. Yesterday we rode 14.3 miles on mainly dirt roads (930 ft climb elevation). I need to exercise. Everyone needs to exercise. Obesity, diabetes, and heart disease make COVID so much worse. You are more likely to die or end up in the ICU no matter your age.
I had to “switch gears” to keep going. Have you been able to keep up your exercise during the lockdown? Have you stopped? Did you set new goals and exercise more? Don’t let this virus take everything away from you.

We are still treating patients on a reduced schedule for the time being. We started on Monday implementing some extreme health and safety measures as set forth by the health department. These include:

Questioning all patients in reference to symptoms and possible exposure of the COVID-19 virus. Not allowing any patients with possible exposure or symptoms into the office.

No waiting room. Patients must call when they arrive and will be escorted into the building and directly into the treatment room.

Sanitation of all touchable surfaces after every patient. Full wipe down of entire table after each patient. Only using approved wipes and cleaners.

Doctors wearing masks and using 70% alcohol medical sanitizer mousse between each patient.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We are doing our best to protect ourselves and our staff while still trying to help our patients and keep them away from the ER or urgent care.

Chiropractic office in Jefferson Valley. Part time Mondays 3-8pm, Wednesdays 3-8pm, and one Saturday per month 8-3pm. No experience necessary but must be a quick learner, personable, friendly, and efficient. Looking for long term position.
