It's common advice to always brush your teeth right after eating. This is actually a myth! 🙅

It's better to wait a bit after eating acidic foods (like citrus fruits or soda). After eating acidic foods, your tooth enamel temporarily softens, and brushing right away can wear away this weakened enamel. It's best to rinse your mouth with water to help neutralize acids and freshen your breath. Wait 30 minutes before brushing your teeth.

Great experience. Great office staff. Joy was absolutely lovely. She is very sharp. as for Dr. Cross he was fantastic. He explained in detail exactly what I needed and what I did not need. Did not try to convince me I should have procedure I went to see him about. I will be returning for a procedure I do need. i would recommend him highly.
