Wow y'all my daughter found 1 of my old remedy books copyright 1993. Pay close attention the estimation of how many suffered from arthritis. If modern medicine has improved why has these numbers changed so much for the worse we are the ones suffering.
I saw these number thought I'd go check today's numbers. Makes me sick.

So I started on the road to manage my own health. I'm doing and seeing much more progress when I took over my health. Y'all God gave us everything we need. We just have to be disciplined enough to make the change.

My chiropractor can feel my inflammation has decreased significantly. I can feel it as well. It's wonderful to not ache all the time. My atlas/head stays on straight more too. Can't explain that one....lol
