We are open and running on our normal schedule, but please use extra caution if you decide to come in. With the freezing rain in the area, there may be some icy spots in the parking lot and on walkways.

We’ve got a full week of classes, energy, and community lined up for you! From water aerobics and Silver Sneakers to Tai Chi, Zumba, and spin—there’s something for everyone to help you stay active, strong, and feeling your best.

Please note: We’ll be closed November 27 & 28 for Thanksgiving, but we’ll be right back at it after the holiday. And don’t forget—our Christmas Party is December 8 at noon! 🎄✨

We’re proud to support the Ashe County High School Swim Team as they dive into another great season! 💪💦

To help them prepare for competition, the pool will be reserved for team practice Monday–Friday from 4:00–5:30 PM starting November 4.

We love seeing local athletes train hard and represent Ashe County with pride — go Huskies! 🐾💜
