We are sad to announce that Jefferson Primary Care will be closing permanently on Friday, 10/3/25. Dr. Price has made the decision to accept a position with NGPG-Hamilton Mill. We wish her the best! Her last day of seeing patients in the office will be Tuesday, 9/30/25. Any appointments after 9/30/25 will automatically be cancelled. Please know this is not a decision we take lightly. All patients will be receiving a detailed letter in the mail along with a medical release form to request your medical records. Thank you to all of our many loyal patients who have entrusted us with their medical care!

Our phones at Jefferson Primary Care are currently not working. Comcast states it will possibly be Tuesday before they are back up and going. In the meantime, if you call our number, you will get our answering service who will take your message and relay it to the office during normal business hours. Sorry for the inconvenience!
