Here are **3 travel tips ** to help you stay comfortable and aligned while on the go:

**1. Support Your Spine While Seated**
Long flights or car rides can wreak havoc on your posture. Use a small pillow or rolled-up towel behind your lower back to maintain the natural curve of your spine. Keep your feet flat on the floor and avoid crossing your legs.

**2. Move Regularly**
Sitting for extended periods stiffens your joints and tightens your muscles. Aim to stand, stretch, or walk around every 30–60 minutes—even if it’s just a quick walk down the aisle or a few stretches at a rest stop.

**3. Pack Smart and Lift Safely**
Use luggage with wheels and a telescoping handle to avoid straining your shoulders or back. When lifting, bend at the knees—not your waist—and keep the bag close to your body.
