So, it's officially summer! We made it! For many, the busiest of the traveling seasons.
Maintain mobility and bloodflow while on the move, travel "workout" belowβ¬οΈ
1- Neck Range of Motion: turn your head as far as you can to the right, then to the left. Repeat 5x
2- Shoulder Rolls- roll your shoulders forward and then up to your ears. Hold for a moment and roll your shoulders back, focusing on your shoulder blades moving down your back and toward eachother. (Extra challenge: try figure 8's) Repeat 3x
3- Seated Twists- sit up forward, and straight. Twist to your left then right. Repeat 2x BREATHE! Don't force anything, keep movements relaxed and easy.
4- Ankle circles, get funky! (Challenge: spell out the alphabet with both feet)
5- Seated Calf Raises, Repeat 10x
6- Toe Flex- keep your heels on the ground, sit up straight, and flex your toes toward your knees/head. Repeat 10x
