I feel so Blessed to have the opportunity to do what I love and teach others what I know. I will always consider myself a student. I will never stop seeking more knowledge regarding health, wellness, and peace. When I found Yoga in 2008, I fell in love. I thought to myself "how can I make myself practice this beneficial exercise forever?" That is when I decided to teach. It was one of the best and rewarding decisions I ever made.
