DIY THROAT SPRAY

Here is a DIY tip to help defend against viruses, bacteria, and provide allergy relief.

First start with a salt water gargle. Then spray your throat several times a day with this easy to make spray.

1 cup purified water
3 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs raw honey
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
2 drops lemon essential oil
2 drops rosemary EO
2 drops oregano EO
2 drops clove EO
2 drops Cinnamon bark
2 drops peppermint EO
2 drops Eucalyptus EO
4 drops neem oil

If you don't have all the oils on hand use what you do have. The vinegar, salt and honey are going to provide the most immediate protection while the essential oils will provide continuing defense.

Be sure to provide each family member with their own spray bottle to prevent the spread of germs. Refrigerate any unused portions but in light of todays situation you shouldn't have to worry about that. Stay well, and stay diligent.
