The first robins here since last fall visited today. The finches are singing to welcome them. This is filmed at the studio on the hill.

Today our first flock of robins since last fall flew in for a visit. They checked out the crab apple tree then searched for worms in the field. This is a video from outside the studio. Welcome back!

In today's yoga class we used the beautiful flute playing by Rolfe Richter of the Passamaquoddy people to accompany meditation. He produced this marvelous CD in 2005 entitled "Dreamwalker".
