Dear students, no yoga this week (December 4-6). Anita and I will be at a yoga workshop learning great stuff to share!

Book club is meeting January 3,2020 to discuss Ishmael.

Idea was suggested to begin Wednesday afternoon class at 4 instead of 4:30. We get home sooner on dark and cold days that way. Will decide in class on The 11th.

Hello dear students and happy fall! We have a new class to offer you. Come experience gentle, slow, deep yoga with Anita. Your body and spirit will thank you. Classes are Monday mornings at 10:00 at the little pink studio in downtown(ha!) Jefferson. We’ve got all the stuff, just grace us with your presence. See you there!
