We deeply regret that we will be closing the gym at the end of April. The lease is up, and they want to double the rent. The last day of training and massage will be Friday, April 26th.

Cheryl will be working for a hair salon behind the Paddock Shoppes. The address is 9700 Park Place Plaza, Suite 110. She can also travel to your home if you have space for her to set up a table. She is also looking for a small, affordable space.

Dave will continue to do online training, functional health coaching, and WordPress site building and maintenance

Over 2000 years ago, the savior of the world who was spoken of by the prophets throughout the bible came to Earth as a baby boy and lived a human life. The powers that be passed edicts to kill all the Hebrew boys at the time and yet God’s plan to bring the Messiah to Earth could not be stopped.

Christ grew up under Roman rule and endured terrible persecution, racism, oppression and the worst forms of human cruelty. In spite of this, He taught us and demonstrated the unconditional and unfailing love of the Father.

He went to the cross and suffered torture and death as a sin offering for all of mankind. He rose again on the 3rd day and defeated death and the evil schemes of the enemy. Now, we have the opportunity to choose Him, to invite Him into our heart and choose the path of everlasting life and victory over sin and death.

May this Christmas be an extra special season for you and your family as you reflect on how the amazing love of the Father!

“And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3: 18-19
