During the recent snowstorm, Chef Regina and several on our incredible clinical team showed exactly who we are as a community. When the weather made things difficult, this team stepped up—staying overnight, supporting one another, and making sure our residents were safe, comfortable, and well cared for without hesitation. This was teamwork at its finest. It was sacrifice, compassion, leadership, and heart all working together. Moments like this remind me how fortunate we are to have people who don’t just show up for a job, but show up for each other and for the amazing residents that we serve.
Thank you all so much for your dedication, your selflessness, and your unwavering commitment. I am incredibly proud of this team and grateful to work alongside you every day. 💪❄️❤️
