CMC is a physician owned medical practice providing Complete Medical Care-All in one location, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Regenerative Medicine, and Weight Loss, etc. We are dedicated to providing continuity of care in the increasingly fragmented health care system. We establish a patient-physician relationship concentrated on integrally addressing all of your health care needs. Our treatment model includes biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. We also furnish services at the local nursing homes, coordinate home based care and establish corporate health care. Our Providers have privileges at the major hospitals in the area so that we can offer continuity of care in the clinic, hospital or nursing home as needed.
