Our offices gather several times throughout the year to go through an emergency response drill to ensure staff know the process for an emergency and are comfortable responding. Here's a shot from the Main Building in downtown Jeff's drill earlier this week.

Recently LifeSpring Clinical Trainer, Sarah Smith, presented at the 2025 Indiana Library Federation Annual Conference about Trauma Informed Care and a curriculum she personally created that we use with our clinicians at LifeSpring. Trauma Informed Care provides education about the effects of trauma on the brain, the impacts on people's lives, and the ways that individuals can support others dealing with trauma.
