Participant Spotlight: Michael ✨

Michael's story is one you don’t scroll past.

He first connected with THRIVE in September 2024 during intake with our IRACS team. By November, he was headed to the Men’s Healing Place with a reentry peer; making a choice to move in a different direction. Along the way, he also worked with Tim out of the Clark County Courthouse, building another layer of support to keep that momentum going.

Fast forward 18 months… and the work shows.

Michael has graduated Impact Court, worked through the steps with his sponsor, and today he’s giving back as the Peer Mentor Supervisor at the Men’s Healing Place.

We’re proud of Michael and everything he’s built and even more proud of the way he’s now showing up for others.
