General reception knowledge with medical relevance. In this position you will: Interface with patients and doctors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist patients in frame selection, maintain patient charts.

Optometric Technician experience preferred. In this position you will: Assist with patient care and eye examinations, educate patients on the care and maintenance of lenses, explain testing procedures and perform them.

We are willing to train an individual through the doctor's tutelage. More than anything, we are looking for someone with a pleasant and caring approach, and an eagerness to work with others driven to succeed.

D’ Sol Optical has been monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, and you and your family’s health remain our top priority.

We need to inform you that we are closing down the office until April 6th to non-essential visits. If you need eyeglasses or contacts immediately we can get those for you. The Dr. will review your Rx and we will schedule you a private Dr. office visit.
We are following guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking measures to ensure our office is safe and ready to serve you.

The following procedures are in place to protect all patients and staff.

• Social Distancing:
In our waiting room we have changed and limited our seating to meet the social distancing standard of 6 feet.

We are allowing only one or two patients at the time in our office. We do not advise to bring companions for your appointments, if you do so, please ask them to remain in the car until you are done with the appointment.

We are spacing out appointments to allow patients to be safely separated.

• Cleaning
Our office is taking additional cleaning measures to avoid any spread of the virus.
Equipment is wiped after each use and all frames are sterilized after trying on.

• Screening
Additional screening questions will be asked when making an appointment about travel and symptoms.

• Fever Policy
If you have a fever or had a fever within the last 14 days, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated with any office changes.

Just a reminder our office will be closed July 4, 5, & 6! That is Thursday, Friday and Saturday next week! We are thankful to have this time to spend with our families and hope you enjoy the weekend as well! We will continue regular hours on Monday, July 8!
