The office is open on a limited basis.
The doctor and staff are in the office working on Wednesdays from 10 am until 5:30 pm. Occasionally we may work from home.
Telehealth is still provided.
In-office appointments are given for those who are fully vaccinated and boostered, who wish to see Dr. Hammerbeck in the office.
Drug screens will resume soon. More info on this will follow.
You may check back in the future for holiday closings and vacation closings.

Dr. Hammerbeck has not yet made a decision of when the office will reopen. She is keeping a watchful eye on the COVID-19 situation, especially for the Kentuckiana area. We will put no one at risk! Information regarding reopening of the office will be passed to you as quickly as it becomes available.
