I am officially a Goldman Sachs Black In Business graduate!!! 🎉
These past 12 weeks have stretched me in ways I can hardly explain. I had to pull myself out of the day-to-day grind of my business so I could finally work on my business. That shift alone was emotional, uncomfortable, and transformative.
The mental health field is not an easy place to be as a scaling entrepreneur. Between navigating insurance companies, supporting people during some of the hardest moments of their lives, and operating on a 45-day reimbursement cycle 😳😩, the pressure can be overwhelming. I enrolled in this program to become more clear, more focused, and more aligned with the future I’m building. The difficulties with understanding and shifting from Founder to CEO, doing what’s best for the business and removing my emotions was tough 😩
A heartfelt thank you to the Goldman Sachs team and the NYU Stern professors for their dedication, hard work, support, and commitment to our growth. Your guidance pushed me to think bigger, lead smarter, and stay aligned with my mission.
Thank you professor for your leadership and unique insights on how to understand and KNOW your numbers. Another huge thank you for the formulas and resources you provided 🙌🏾✨💐
Here’s to scaling with purpose, leading with heart, and continuing to bet on myself. 🖤✨
Founder To CEO ✨ 🙌🏾
