I’m excited to meet some new families to support in the fall and winter!! My practice is rooted in supporting parents rest and building community.

My families and I create a unique care plan based on their needs. But I’m always here to support with baby care education, hands on baby support, meal planning and prepping, light house keeping, sibling care, connecting to community resources and emotional support.

When building your baby registry, consider adding support services like postpartum planning, postpartum doulas, home delivered meals, cleaning services and lactation counselors. Places like and can help you with that. I know your great aunt wants to knit you that blanket, but add some things that will support you!
