It’s been 2 years that we’ve been on a mission to positively impact mental health in the community by reaching those who are underserved and overlooked. Our PMAD Village focuses on maternal mental health and mitigating Perinatal Mood And Anxiety Distress Disorders.

Two years of showing up for Maternal mental health.
From therapy referrals to wellness events, we’ve supported our community with:
• Free counseling for moms and dads
• Referrals to community resources
• Virtual workshops on managing anxiety, depression, and more
