Say hello to this month's : Christina Lucas.

Last month, Christina took the reins as Property Manager of Regency Towers, a two building, 340-apartment community in Willow Grove, Pa. She leads a team of 12 employees.

Christina started as a part-time Leasing Agent at Regency and later moved around between properties, eventually earning a promotion to Property Manager at the Ridge Apartments.

Before coming to work at The Galman Group she worked in office jobs, retail, and for the School District of Philadelphia.
