The Bilingual Admission Coordinator/Marketer will be responsible for conducting enrollment calls to Maximus/IEB, admitting new participants to RoseJ Home Care services as well as visiting/planning marketing visits to local communities in order to increase our participant census. Collecting proper paperwork to ensure intake process from start to finish. Communicating with Home Care Participant Service Coordinators; assisting with monthly telephone and quarterly in-home participant visits as needed. Experience with HHAExchange platform is a plus
Must be Fluent in English, French & Spanish
