I am excited to announce that I have joined Connect and Restore in Tulsa, OK and as of this week, I will be offering in person therapy to the Tulsa area and teletherapy counseling to Oklahomans across the state! I see individuals ages 6 and up, parents, and families. My passion is helping people navigate life transitions and grow healthy relationships. Exciting changes are coming! With 4 of my 6 kiddos entering college and adulthood, I am transitioning back to in person counseling (virtual sessions will still be an option). I am so excited to be able to offer individual sessions for ages 6 and up, parenting sessions, family sessions and groups starting this May! More information to come!
