This cold season, don't let the winter snow on your parade. Here are a few safety tips for your family to follow to get the most out of your outdoor fun!

✔️ Layer up! Kids need one extra layer of moisture-wicking fabrics
✔️ Protective gear (helmets and no headphones)
✔️ Use sunscreen!
✔️ Hydrate and snack! (prevents hypothermia)

WATCH FOR FROSTNIP/FROSTBITE❄️
Red/tingly = warm water, don't rub
White/hard/swollen = Warm up, change clothes, seek medical help
