Practicing gratitude can boost your mood! If this is a struggle for you, start a gratitude jar or bowl where you write things you're grateful for on a slip of paper and place them inside. Then, when you are having a hard time coming up with something to be thankful for, reach into the jar or bowl and pull out an idea of something you have been grateful for in the past.

This could be someone in your family who takes care of a lot of things, or someone directly involved in caring for another person. It could also be the nurses and assistants who work at facilities. Finally, remember to thank yourself if you are a caregiver!
