If you're spending time around the water this Memorial Day weekend, remember to get your water safety equipment in order. That includes life vests for all, including pets. You will also want to keep watch over children when they play in or near the pool, lake, or beach. If you're having people gather for a barbecue, be sure to assign someone to monitor kids any time they are around water. Have a safe and wonderful time!

One way to manage that is to work toward a less isolated lifestyle. Stay connected with family, friends, and neighbors. Volunteer with others if you are able. Stay active in a walking group. Keep up with your physical activity. Talk to a friend if you are struggling.
