We are closely monitoring the forecast for this week, and wanted to provide a reminder regarding our office inclement weather policy.
We typically follow school closings for Jenks Public Schools, and also evaluate parking lot and sidewalk conditions around our office complex to determine if we will close. We do not have plow/ sanding/ salt services for our complex, so if conditions are deemed unsafe, we will err on the side of caution. If we do close our offices, as long as there is power/ WiFi in our clinicians’ locations, we will be available to move to Telehealth for your upcoming visit. However, if you prefer to reschedule your in-person appointment for another time, please let us know.
Be on the lookout for official notification of your appointment status, including a link to join your appointment via Telehealth should it become necessary. Your clinician will reach out to you directly the morning of your appointment via email and/or client portal message should alternate plans be made.
