Tuesday Walk
We started the 21 day sugar detox on Monday. I added exercise on Tuesday. I used to do this program and loved it. You can do it in your home, any time that you want. And, on nice days, I love to walk outside. The last few weeks the weather hasn't been good. So.... Walk Fit it is. I love these!!!

We started the 21 day sugar detox yesterday. You don’t have to lose flavor when you take sugar out of the equation.
I fixed chicken thighs and brussel sprouts and a salad for dinner. Oh so good… when you choose great seasonings.
