Celebrating 31 Years of RMS: A New Chapter Begins
After 31 impactful years, RMS proudly transitions ownership to Monica Blanchard, marking a new era built on a legacy of compassion and excellence in mental health rehabilitation. This milestone is made even more meaningful by the new team of leadership involving Monica’s children: Halie Ory PA-C and Preston Blanchard III; and support of their family: Kyle Richard, Steven Ory, Kidd Ory, Heidie Ory, and Emma-Kate Ory—each dedicated to continuing the mission with heart and purpose.
We honor and dedicate this moment to Mary Ellen Bailey, a beloved former employee whose tireless efforts helped shape RMS into what it is today. Her legacy of care and commitment will forever inspire our journey.
As we move forward, we humbly ask for God’s continued blessing—that RMS may continue to revolutionize mental health rehabilitation and provide healing and hope to those we serve.
