We are growing and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our front desk staff on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will work Mondays (8-5), Wednesdays (8-5), and Thursdays (8-5), and will be responsible for a range of tasks, including answering phone calls, checking in and out patients, and other administrative duties. We are committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure the successful candidate excels in this role. Our existing staff remains intact, and we are simply adding to our team and making adjustments to certain roles. Based on an overwhelming dislike from patients (sometimes down right rude) and the cost to the clinic, I have decided to discontinue the Ai phone/scheduling Assistant. We have returned to a simple voicemail service if our receptionist is on the phone or away. With that said, PLEASE leave a Voicemail if you would like a call back. You can also text our office number for assistance.
