As a Reminder, we are upgrading our phone system this week. There may be some down time.

What are we doing?

We are adding an Ai Receptionist/Assistant to our system.

When will it answer?

After 15 seconds or if the Receptionist is on the other line.

Do you still have a Receptionist in house?

Yes. We still have our wonderful staff available to answer your questions.

What can the Ai Assistant do?

The Ai Assistant can schedule your appointment for you if you like. It can also route your call to the nurse. It can also leave a message for the staff so they can call you back. The Ai Assistant can handle up to 20 phone calls simultaneously!

The addition of this technology will decrease stress on staff and patients alike. Allowing staff to concentrate on helping patients more and giving more personalized attention. It will increase patients ability to reach staff and assure that someone will always "answer the phone".

We appreciate your patience as we add this new service to better serve our patients. There will always be hiccups as new things are implementing, this is not an exception. So we appreciate your grace at this time.

In 2025, as our clinic has grown, our phone system has admittedly not kept up. This week, we are moving to improve our system with a significant upgrade that will increase the quality of care and overall experience for our wonderful patients. With this upgrade, there may be periods of intermittent down time for the phones and as the new system is implemented, there may be some hiccups along the way.
