Today our staff conducted trainings on assent, differential reinforcement, alternative ways to say “no”, long term goals, and creating a fun and engaging environment. Not only is our staff dedicated to client outcomes but they have fun along the way. We couldn’t ask for a better team!

Effective January 1, 2026 UnitedHealthcareh will no longer participate as a contracted servicer of Medicaid plans. Any member that currently has a UnitedHealthCare Medicaid policy will be reassigned to another servicer.
