Join Wednesday nights at 6 pm for Heated Vinyasa Strong Flow 🔥 😅

What is Vinyasa Strong Flow?

Strong Vinyasa Flow is a steady, strength-building yoga practice that emphasizes controlled movements, stability, and breath awareness. It focuses on holding postures longer and transitioning with intention to develop muscular endurance and resilience.

How hot is heated?

Enough to help you sweat more but not hot enough you can’t stay focused. We keep our studio between 80-85 degrees for our heated classes.

Who is this class best for?

It’s ideal for yogis who want to develop muscular control, improve posture, and enhance overall resilience in their practice while embracing a steady yet challenging flow.

Not sure if it’s right for you? You’ll never know unless you try. All classes are scalable and we know how difficult it can be to get on the mat, don’t let the unknown stop you from doing new things!

See you Wednesday nights at 6!

Let’s talk about props.

I know that there is a stigma around using props in practice, it’s a quick trigger for the ego. Oftentimes we believe we don’t need the props because using them means we’re less capable, or that using props makes you feel like you’re not working hard enough.

One of the main reasons I chose for my YTT was because of the experience and the importance that she shared about prop use. Prop use was in almost every discussion we had. We ❤️ Props was a very common theme and comment throughout our time together. We were encouraged to find as many ways to incorporate prop use into the classes we guide so that the practice is not only safer but also more authentic to the practitioner for helping them accept and meet themselves where they are. Props are an external tool for the internal work.

So remember next time you step on the mat that yoga props aren’t a sign of weakness—they’re a sign of wisdom! Blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters help you find better alignment, deepen stretches, and make poses more accessible. Whether you’re modifying or enhancing, props support your practice in all the right ways. How do you use props in your practice?

Big shout out to all the warriors that have come into class this week. Nothing (except God) fills my cup more than meeting new people and sharing this practice with them.

Thank you thank you thank you for the honor and the trust to be your yoga guide

Introducing asana practitioners to the deeper roots of yoga. You’ve heard time and again how yoga is more than just asana, it’s also more than breath, and it’s deeper than focusing on the present in relation to mindfulness.

Welcome to Sutra Sundays ✨ 🧘‍♀️

✨ Samadhi Pada: The Path to Inner Peace ✨

The first chapter of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Samadhi Pada, explores the ultimate goal of yoga—inner stillness and enlightenment.

Patanjali tells us:
🧘‍♂️ “Yogas chitta vritti nirodhah” (Sutra 1.2)
“Yoga is the stilling of the mind’s fluctuations.”

When we quiet the mental chatter, we connect with a deeper state of awareness. Samadhi Pada teaches us:
🔹 How to focus the mind
🔹 The obstacles that distract us
🔹 The power of discipline (abhyasa) & detachment (vairagya)

Yoga is more than movement—it’s a path to mental clarity and self-discovery. How do you practice stillness in your life? Share in the comments! 💬✨

Kicking off our welcome back with a celebration! February marks the seventh anniversary of very first yin class.

Join us in celebrating with a special TWO AND A HALF hour yin practice with Kelly as she guides you through a time of peace and relaxation.

The Yin practice of yoga is one of patience and acceptance while also being deeply relaxing and stress relieving. Your time on the mat will include longer and more supportive holds of shapes with props, breathwork, and visualization to bring you out of the busyness of thought and movement, and into the bliss of stillness.

Send us a DM with any questions or reach out to for your spot! The last two workshops sold out in days so don’t wait 🧘‍♀️

There’s something so satisfying about an organized prop wall.

We’ve added bolsters to the line up as well as more blankets and more blocks! I’m so excited to reshare this space with you all.

Sometimes you’ve got to sit alone to get away from the voices that aren’t meant for you and to let the one that’s true ring louder.

Happy Sunday everyone. We will see you soon!
