Healing the Hearts of Hurting Children requires rewiring the brain to build resiliency for coping with the current trauma and future life events. The most current clinical studies on brain research indicates the most resilient brain is one that is integrated for self-regulation with conscious discipline. Give children who have been blindsided with trauma, the chance to rewire their brains to build resilience – healing the wounds of the past and building skills (and relationships!) that help them to cope with the future.
