The lighting is different, yes. The girl on the right also had a bluff, yes. But let me be real with you— biggest difference between these two photos is health.

On the left, my gut was wrecked. I had a staff infection, H. pylori, leaky gut, food tolerance, hormones in chaos, and inflammation that left me 55 pounds too heavy and swollen like a tick. I was surviving, not thriving.

On the right—this is after 3 1/2 yrs of doing the work with an amazing functional doctor. I detox my system, healed my gut, change the way I eat, and move, started supplementing for my body‘s actual needs, got monthly IV infusions, balance, my hormones, and added peptides into my routine.

This didn’t happen overnight. It took commitment, grit, and a decision that I wanted to feel better. This is what aging backwards looks like. This is what happens when you heal from the inside out.

❤️🤍💙Visiting a military museum on the 4th has become a tradition for our family — a way to ground the celebration in something deeper.

Freedom isn’t free.

Today, I’m reminding my kids that the fireworks, the flags, and all the fun we enjoy come at a cost — a cost paid by generations of brave Americans who stood for something bigger than themselves.
