We are currently seeking a seasoned and experienced full-time Staffing Coordinator in Nassau, NY.. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities (calls & schedules) simultaneously to ensure all clients have appropriately staffed cases. This is a HIGH volume role - seeking experienced schedulers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service to team members and clients
Ensures all qualified caregivers for all shifts
Supports the organizational growth through scheduling home health services for the entire county
Collaborates with team members on process improvements
Participates in recruiting, screening/interviewing and on-boarding of caregiving staff
Assists with orientation of new staff
Enters schedules, verifies payroll and ensures compliance all in company-wide proprietary CRM program
Communicates with incredible team and clients regarding staffing changes
Ensures employee compliance in accordance with company policy
Performs other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

She has worked in the service industry (plumbing/heating/cooling), sports industry (golf), and distribution industry (Amazon). She has lived in Pennsylvania most of her life and has been married to her wife Erin for 17 years. They have two wonderful children, Emma and Jacob. She loves race cars, motorcycles, sports, and spending time with her family. She also loves People and the entire People experience. She has always been a “People Person”.
