Intended for U.S. audiences only

At the SHE Media Co-Lab SXSW, Organon packed the house — standing room only!

Our Designing a Life on Your Terms panel lit up the stage as experts in OB/GYN care, psychology, and advocacy came together for a powerful, judgment‑free conversation about what it might look like to make informed, confident decisions about women’s health.

Here are some takeaways:
✨ Health care and contraception are personal. There’s no one-size-fits-all option that’s right for everyone. Every body, life stage, and schedule is different — and your method of birth control should reflect your needs as discussed between you and your healthcare provider, not pressure or expectations.

✨ Understanding your birth control options is a form of self‑advocacy. Come to medical appointments prepared with clear goals and questions. Whether you're considering long‑acting reversible contraception (like implants or IUDs), short‑acting methods (pills, patches, rings, injections), or permanent options (tubal ligation), knowing the differences may help you make the right choice for you.

✨ Find a provider you like and can have open and honest conversations with. A good patient–provider relationship may help filter out misinformation and refocus the conversation on your goals — which may include avoiding pregnancy now, planning for later, or reassessing how birth control may fit into your schedule.

✨ You’re allowed to take your time in making treatment and health care choices. Intimate health decisions deserve space. Asking for more information, pausing to think, and taking cues from your body about what feels right is part of advocating for yourself.

The message was clear: Your timeline is yours. Your body is yours. And the contraceptive choices you discuss with your doctor should align with your story — not anyone else’s.

A huge thank you to our panel:
Karen Tang, MD, MPH, board-certified OB/GYN
Dr. Deepika Chopra, clinical health psychologist and founder of Things Are Looking Up
Alexa Mikhail, Senior Health and Longevity Writer, SHE Media
Michela Bedard, Director of Health Advocacy, Organon

Worldwide, it’s estimated that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men over age 50 will experience an osteoporosis‑related fracture in their lifetime. For many families, helping aging loved ones stay on top of their bone health, spotting signs and symptoms early, becomes an essential caregiving responsibility.

Alex Davis, Director, Brand Marketing, and her dad, Ned, share his journey with an osteoporosis diagnosis and why it’s time to broaden what it means to be a caregiver. Being a caregiver isn’t always about hands‑on support; it can also mean staying informed, asking the right questions, helping a loved one prepare for conversations with their healthcare team, and supporting them as they navigate treatment options.

Together, they highlight the importance of awareness, education, and advocacy for all those touched by osteoporosis.

Board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Christine Greves is helping shift the conversation around fertility and contraceptive use. The concept of a “biological clock” can sometimes create uncertainty when women consider birth control and their future family plans.

But fertility is shaped by many factors, and understanding how contraception works, alongside open conversations with a healthcare provider, can help women make informed decisions that best meet their reproductive goals.

As we look back on the progress made in 2025 and ahead to the work that lies before us, Thibault Crosnier Leconte, Managing Director for Northwest Europe, shares his perspective on advancing women’s health across the region.

Women continue to face barriers in areas such as reproductive health, cardiovascular care and conditions like migraine. These challenges are deeply personal and may have a real impact on lives, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.

In the year ahead, Organon remains committed to collaborating across healthcare ecosystem to help drive meaningful, sustainable progress for the health of women.

In 2026, one thing remains clear: sustainable access to women's health care is essential.

Over the past years, progress across the women's health continuum has helped expand access, improve choice, and elevate women's health as a broader health and societal priority—driven by collaboration and partnership.

Simon Holland, Women's Health Commercial Lead, explains how our momentum around women's health innovation continues to build. From early-stage scientific and digital advances to more integrated models of care, innovation is increasingly shaped by system-led change. At the same time, growing recognition by governments and health systems worldwide is reinforcing women's health as a strategic priority.

Looking ahead, our collective responsibility is to ensure innovation moves beyond ideas and pilots-- translating momentum into sustainable, scalable impact that reaches women everywhere.

Advancing women’s health isn’t just a priority; it’s a shared obligation.

Biosimilars can play a powerful role in helping drive healthcare progress, especially as the biosimilars market is expected to maintain its growth in 2026. Through expanded access to key biologics, potentially improved affordability, and greater continuity of care, biosimilars can have an essential role in a sustainable, patient-centered healthcare system.

This is why, at Organon, advancing remains core to our strategy and our commitment to reducing barriers to care worldwide.

Joe Azzinaro, Global Commercial Lead, Biosimilars and Jon Martin, Head of US Biosimilars share more.

This Valentine’s Day, let’s talk about what really needs more attention: women’s heart health. ❤️

We talk about women’s hearts far too rarely, even though cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for women.

From young adulthood through pregnancy, menopause, and later life, a woman’s cardiovascular risks evolve – biologically, hormonally and socially. Pregnancy-related complications, hormonal changes, chronic conditions and lifestyle factors at every stage may reshape her risk.

At Organon, we’re encouraged by the growing focus on women’s cardiovascular health, but we also know far too many women can still face misdiagnosis, delayed care and undertreatment.

The takeaways are simple:

- Recognize cardiovascular symptoms that may be more common in women
- Prioritize prevention and early action at every age
- Ensure women receive timely diagnosis, equitable emergency care and appropriate treatment

Book club isn’t just about the book. It’s about the conversations that happen during it, and those rarely stick to what’s on the page.

This , we’re spotlighting some of the women’s health topics that may come up when friends get together--whether it’s discussing birth control options, navigating menopause, prioritizing mental wellbeing, or sharing the impacts of living with chronic skin conditions.

At Organon, we know these conversations are more than small talk. They’re a vital part of women helping women feel supported, informed, and empowered to advocate for the care they deserve. When women have the space to speak openly, they gain the insight and confidence to take charge of their health journeys. And that’s exactly what inspires our work every day.
