A big congratulations to Gadiel on finishing his orthodontic journey! ✨

When Gadiel first started treatment, his case included a few complex challenges:

• An anterior crossbite involving the right upper canine, with edge to edge contact of the front teeth
• An impacted upper left central incisor (a tooth that wasn’t erupting on its own)
• A transposition of the upper left canine and lateral incisor, meaning those teeth had switched positions

In cases like this, orthodontic treatment sometimes requires a team approach. Because one of the teeth was impacted and at risk if left untreated, we worked closely with an oral surgeon to perform an exposure and bond procedure. This allows us to safely guide the tooth into its proper position over time with the help of Braces.
With patience, teamwork, and Gadiel being an absolute trooper throughout treatment, all of his teeth are now exactly where they should be.

It’s always a little bittersweet when treatment ends, but we couldn’t be happier with this result. Congrats again, Gadiel, we’re so proud of you! 🥹✨

When our patient Yemilet first saw us she had severe crowding, lateral incisors in crossbite, an open bite. Over time these issues can contribute to increase risk of cavities due to not being able floss properly but also damage to the teeth long term. 😬

Using trusty metal braces (And Yemilet following instructions like a pro!), we were able to address these issues in just 18 months! It’s crazy what a difference just a year and half can make 😱 ✨
