I’m humbled to express my deepest gratitude to the Heathrow and Lake Mary, Florida community for their unwavering warmth, support, and kindness over the past seven years of trials. Your vibrant environment and generosity of spirit have inspired me to chase ambitious dreams and strive for global impact. When I responded to God’s call to return to Houston, I couldn’t foresee the journey that lay ahead or my eventual return home. Surrendering to His plan, I’ve followed Jesus’ guidance, even when the path wasn’t clear. Though many of you wondered why I had to leave, God’s wisdom is still unfolding. I’m grateful that the hardships I faced in Houston were a crucible for leadership. Reflecting on my journey, I wouldn’t trade any part of it, having trusted in the Lord’s sovereignty and found value in the process. This walk of faith has equipped me to minister and connect profoundly with communities. The birth of two life-changing stories in 2025 required perseverance, guided by the Holy Spirit.

I’m thankful for your warm welcome back, enabling me to heal and regain strength. Though still recovering, God’s grace sustains me, and I’m grateful for devoted spiritual partners who care for me. I love this community and look forward to serving alongside you, sharing my story and ministry. Dominica God has raised up your own Prophetess Paula Loblack who has maintained her values, beliefs, faith, love and loyalty in North America for the past three decades. God has used her to make a great impact of lives.

Paula’s Grandfather E.C. Loblack a Dominica 🇩🇲 Politician in Heaven is looking down on his first Granddaughter and is feeling proud today. Paula loved her grandfather who raised her to be bold, brave and fearless of what people think about her. My Loblack taught her granddaughter how to make a difference in society. Mr. Loblack who was the Father of the Nation of Dominica 🇩🇲 has left a legacy behind and his granddaughter Paula followed in his footsteps to make a great impact on society in this world.

Paula Grandmother Ma. Jonas Royer who was a businesswoman in the village raised granddaughter Paula well. Paula served and helped in her family business for many years as a young girl. Paula was born and raised in public life and that is where her strength and passion comes from for serving God and humanity.

Thank God to Paula’s Father Ismael Mother Paulina for sharing their amazing daughter with the world. You both should feel proud that you gave birth to an EndTime Prophetess. Your daughter Paula was born for a purpose and today it’s unfolding and she has made history. May God bless you both.
