During your first visit, the acupuncturist takes a detailed health history. They perform a physical exam which will include examining your tongue and pulse. The visit includes an acupuncture treatment. You will walk away with a clear treatment plan designed by your practitioner. In addition to acupuncture, your journey may include other techniques such as cupping and gua sha, along with dietary and lifestyle recommendations
Follow-up Visits:
The length of a wellness journey varies from person to person. Most patients experience symptom relief after one or two treatments. We work to correct the root cause of symptoms, which may take several visits to achieve lasting, stable results. Regular acupuncture can also be an integral part of overall wellness and preventive care. What To Expect:
Allow at least 75 minutes for initial treatment and 45 minutes for follow-ups. All new patients are required to complete the intake form prior to visit. How to Prepare:

Your appointment slot is for you. It is your time for healing. No-shows, late cancellations, and late arrivals result in someone missing an opportunity for healing and care. As such, 24-hours notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Those providing less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.
