Ricki brings over twenty years of experience to her massage therapy practice, drawing from a wide range of modalities and techniques. She meets each client where they are, creating individualized treatment plans based on their needs, goals, and medical history.

Her work may include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai-inspired stretching, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to support mobility and relief.

Ricki specializes in relieving headaches, TMJ dysfunction, sciatica, and tension in various parts of the body. She offers a safe, welcoming space for clients to relax, restore, and reconnect with their bodies.
