𝐌𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝟏𝟓+ 𝐥𝐛𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 ⬇️⁣

You don’t need to feel deprived! 😅⁣

A big misconception is you need to stop eating yummy foods, spend lot of money and time to get healthier and lose weight. ⁣

This recipe is high protein and high fiber and it took me 10 min to make. This breakfast is literally 160 calories and helps you curb those cravings for entire day 😍

Cottage cheese French toast
⭐️ 2 low calorie bread
⭐️ 1 cup cottage cheese
⭐️ monk fruit sugar
⭐️ cinnamon
⭐️ sugar free maple syrup

Blend your cottage cheese with some maple syrup. Blend it well. Spread on top of your toast. And air fry for 5-8 min or until crispy. Add the remainder of cinnamon and sugar mixture. And done 🥲

Serve with fruit of choice 🤤

Carbs- 21 gr
Protein- 16 gr
Fat- 2gr

This is what I do and we teach our clients to do on vacations: ⁣

𝐄𝐍𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬!!!⁣

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝟏𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝟏 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐭. ⁣

When you come back from vacations what you see on the scale is: ⁣

- 𝗪𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: meals out have more sodium and also you naturally eat more carbs (you retain 4 gr of water per 1 gram of carbs) ⁣

- 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: when traveling your routine is different and going #2 might not happen⁣

-𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬: Your sleep schedule was different, you are tired, didn’t exercise or walk as you are used to. ⁣

-𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: You didn’t have a meal schedule and maybe skipped meals, also ate different meals you are not used to.⁣

Bottom line, 1 or 2 weeks won’t make you or break you. What matters is what you do 80% of the time. ⁣

None of these effects are permanent if you have a plan to follow when you come back. All my clients come back from their trips and know exactly what to do and what NOT to do (detox or cleanse) ⁣

✅Eat 25-30 gr. of fiber daily (popcorn is high in fiber) ⁣
✅ Eat good Fats since they are necessary to balance your hormones. It makes you happier and makes you feel fuller for longer (Nuts are a great source, I used walnuts but use your favorite) ⁣
✅ Include their favorite foods! I added M&Ms ⁣
