Setting: In-Home and Clinic
Hours: After school, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Compensation: $60–$65/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide supervision and support to staff in implementing positive behavior supports.
Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
Active NJ BCBA license
1–2 years of school-based experience
